Do you know that the world we are living is a full of projects?
There are millions and trillions of projects out there implemented for the development of their countries.
In Tanzania for instance with a vision of Industrial economy, we have thousands of projects that are currently implemented by individuals, NGOs, private and public sectors in different components but not limited to mining, manufacturing, electricity and natural gas, water supply and construction.
According to Tanzania Investment Centre in 2018, there are 10 manufacturing projects, 11 agriculture, livestock and fisheries projects, 1 mining project, 14 energy projects, 13 water projects, 5 oil and gas projects, 5 road infrastructure projects, 2 real estate projects, 3 transport and logistics projects, and 10 tourism projects.
These are excluded from the projects implemented by the individuals and NGOs. For sure, project management is an important skill for every person who wishes to manage the projects successfully with efficiency and effectiveness.
